it's depend on control of speed,
if you control speed with electrical regulater so power wii
never cheng,
if you control speed with electronic regulater so power wii
be cheng as speed,

power will be change.as the resistance change then the voltage will be same but current will be diffrent so thats we can say thats the currents will be change then power also change.
