There is no condition like that ,we can connect earth fault relay to any one of the R,Y&B phases ..

Earth fault relay is not connected any phase.The balancing
current is made to pass through this relay.In two EFR and
one EFR protection scheme,OCR s are usually provided on R
and B phases ,which makes one assume that the EFR is
provided on Y phase.You can have 3 OCR and 1 EFR protection
scheme also

points formed by S1s and S2s of CT secondaries.

i have 400/230v transformer and didnt done the neutral eatrhing. i connected one lamp to one phase and neutral to the earth. but the lamp is not glowing. again i connected neutral to earth and repeated the same. then the lamp is glowing. in the first condition i tested with a line tester also, at that time the tesrer is glowing what is happening i dont know can any one help me?
