Witout voltage input ,you can not measure watts.In EM
meter, the connections to pressure coils are made inside
the meter.In case of electronic meter, there are voltage
sensors (divider) instead of coils.

I need the proper answer on :- What is the Earthing Value as per the standard for Raw power and UPS Pit and in panel /DB N-E value ???
