TRANSFOMER THE WINDIND ARM ARE NOT IN SOLID BODY,IT IS MADE
WITH LAMINATED IRON PIECES AND ALL THESE PIECES ARE
INSULATED EACH OTHER

Eddy currents are nothing but a type of circulating current that is generated basically due to the presence of the leakage flux (the flux that does not linked with the main core) supplied by the source current.
