It depends on the Company you are attending for.
For Example TCS, Accenture & Wipro you cannot crack it as the Interview process is tough & now-a-days they are asking for FORM-16, You cannot get a fake FORM-16.
The documents required are:
Recent payslips,
Letter of employment from your previous employers,
