ENTROPY use to increase with increase in heat it cant be
raised by temperature it can be clearly viewed in efficency
calculation of turbine where the variation or decrease in
entropy will be there in loss of heat from the steam

so increase in heat can either be used to increase the temperature of the system or to increase the entropy.so if we supply heat sometimes the heat may be used to increase the entropy of the system by increasing the kinetic energy of particle or can be used to increase the temperature of system
