i think this question might be based on service industry. i
am posting my answer based on the service industry.
customer is key person for every business . in service
sector the customer expecting quick response. first of all
he won't look our quality and fastness. we should respond
immediately for his call like( sir, we note ur complaint we
can reach ur place as early as possible .....) then we
have a chance to show our service quality and fast.
if he satisfied with our service he will give references to
our service so that we can have new customers with existing
we should not break dealings with existing customers.
