What is the difference between P11 & P22 pipes?..

Answer / ramp

P11 - 11 the chromium molybdenum composition that is 1% of
chromium and 1/4% of molybdenum

P12 - 12 the chromium molybdenum composition that is 1% of
chromium and 2% of molybdenum

Chrome Moly pipe has become a standard in the power
generation industry and the petro-chemical industry, not
only because of its tensile strength, corrosion resistance
and high-temperature strength, but also for its cost-
effectiveness. the grade given to the pipe is known as
p11&p12
