hplc is adsorption chromatography, in HPLC we have separate the compounds based on adsorption technique
but GC is working based on evaporation technique so the variation coms out..............

Hplc is a adsorption chromatography ' we have elute the chromophoric nature and non volatile samples are suitable for hplc. Non volatile compounds are not suitable
GC analysis volatile nature compounds are suitable.
