For Suppose in your report you have multiple pages like page1,page2,page3, upto page10,
now in every page i want to show the company logo,
and company name,in this situation i will go for layout component reference,
first design the page header and name it.
when ever u require that just drag the layout component ref.
if you want further steps i will give you.
