A conductor only having the metal like copper, aluminum. It
may be single or multi conductor… ex. Conductors are used in
transmission lines
A wire having two parts one is conductor another one is
insulation to protection. A wire may be have one are more
conductors.. ex. Wires are used in home and industrial wiring

Any metal like Copper, Aluminium, Steel, Gold, brass or
liquids, which allow the elect. current to flow from it, can
be called as electrical conductor. Electrical wires have
conducting material with insulation. Wires are used in
electrical wiring.

Electrical wiring is also the conductors. But the wire is the single or multi strand with round shape in cross section.
Other materials like Cu / Al flat, Bus bar, Bus duct are generally called as the conductors.
