Consider, 302 = 3b² + 0b + 2
20 = 2b + 0
12.1 = 1b + 2 + 1/b

Now,
(3b² + 2) / 2b = b + 2 + 1/b
3b² + 2 = 2b² + 4b + 2 [ multiplying by 2b ]
b² = 4b
So, b = 4
Therefore, base is 4.
