HARD WORK MEANS WORK UNDER PRESSURE JUST TO SHOW I AM
WORKING WITHOUT RESULT AND
SMART WORK MEANS WORK FOR RESULT WITH MINIMUM EFFORT WITH
PROPER PLANNING.

Hard work means, when you are working hard with metal for example, and smart work I think is when you have your own cabinet with computer and u are doing just smart work, how to use money!!!
