you selected cable (rated current) then wiring the motor

We have 250 KVAR cacitor bank & our average load is 200kva but our power factor is average 0.66 how can we maintane it? how can we balance our load?

When a capacitor is connected in a transmission line, capacitor also takes energy from the same supply. But how is it able to increase the terminal voltage???
