debenture and equity share in both way company issued their capital...in the case of equity the owner of equity shareholder is an owner of the company and he is an right voting right and right of sharing profit.. and in case of debenture company only pays the interest on a fixed as well as floating rates ...the debenture shows that the company has a liability to repay their loans ..........
