The c-factor or the K-factor is a multiplier factor that is
considered to give the transient peak of the short circuit
current calculation. With time this transient factor
diminishes as the current decays to a steady peak which is
also reffered to as asymetrical fault current

is it possible to flow a current between nutral and earth in a circuit? although nutral and earth having same potential diffrence? i=0/r=0A if any body now any solid reason because i am getting a triping problem in rcbo due to nutral and earth shorting???

my 10 hp submersible pump is tripping when connected through ELCB.I have checked the megger value of the coil's with body.It was found to be 0.2mega ohm.that is leakage is there.But when connected to mccb it is not tripping.no leakage current in the motor.Is it safe to connect to mccb? what are the problem's will arise if future?also tell me in ELCB no neutral is connected to motor.than how ELCB was working?
