HOW TO HIDE Column in WEBI & DESKI?

In deski , right click -> table format--> pivot option where
you can hide the column.
In webi its not possible as per my knowledge.

In deski , right click -> table format--> pivot option where
you can hide the column.
Webi:in webi we donut have any hide by option but we can hide making column width to zero.

In deski we can do like this
format=>table=>pivot=>select the required object to hide.
In Webi(deski) also we can do by setting the column width
Zero. (drag the first column line into the second).

The users above have correctly told the method to hide the
column in deski
as far as webi is concerned, we can do it by creating an
alerter on the column to hide whose condition is always
true and format the cell to reflect the background color.
The formatting needs to be done for the column heading as
well.
So actually the column will be in the report but it will be
invisible

Hide column is available in webi 4.0. right click on column you want to hide and select hide.

There is no way to hide the columns in Deski & Webi . Its
is only possible in excel.
