The legal requirement for any C&F agent , before appointing
distributor as a C&F , distributor should have valid Drugs
Licence, Central and state Sales Tax/ Vat registration and
TIN Nos, and good repo in market also. He has good relation
with state unions members of the same industry.

Procedure - Company & distributor has signed an agreement
to work for company as a c & F agent (Policies / terms &
condition mentioned on this agreement) some companies
asking security deposits or bank gurantees , company will
pay the comission on fixed or on the basis of monthly net
sales.
