for every test we have coulmn which is named like say
actualresult or pass/fail if u have tested any test cases
wew ill be filling out this coulmn so which means it is
covered meansexecuted and if supposed that test cases is
fail wewill be copying the in defect tracing sheet form
where we can track back the test cases
