Power factor is ratio of active power to appearant power. we have to use capacitor bank to improve power factor.Also, removing inductive loads. As per power factor error.

1. By use of Capcitor Bank
2. By use of Synchronous motors.

In the diesel generator if there is an AVR (auto voltage regulator) gone faulty, in this condition is there any way to generate the voltage from the alternator? I need a brief explanation can you please help somebody
