check fuel oil, lub oil and jacket water level and
pressure,check engine is free ,not engaged with turning
gear or others.check emergency stop is reset or not.

first of all, check amount of fuel, vehicle should be in a
neutral position.then if fuel is sufficent apply choke
before start the engine,. it will help in quick start.the
