Hand off is the process of dropping a call when the subscriber is moving from one coverage area to another coverage area the call will automatically dropped this is known as Hand off.
IT IS NOTHING BUT DROPPING OF CALL.

suscriber.I mean in handoff area there is no coverage.It is
findout with Drive test in mobile communications
