Because form factor of AC Voltage is 1.1.
FF= RMS value/Avg value.
on multiplying 1.1 with the voltage levels say 10 kv we get
11kv etc.

Is it possible to run HT motor through LT VFD (LT VFD supply given to Transformer LT side and transformer HT side connected to motor)
