it transfer all the electricity through earth wire inthe
ground because that wire has low resistance than our body
hence current follows low resistance path.

let me explain with an example...
consider a grinder that we are using in home. the steel
body of the grinder is being grounded for the safety of the
user. so that even if there is any leakage current, and if
the earthing is proper then the leakage current is grounded
without harming the user.
if suppose the ground is disconnected, and if there is
any leakage current then the user will get severe shok when
he touches the steel body of the grinder.

Current tends to follow path of low resistance...A easier
path with lower R than human body is provided to avoid
injury to humans.
More current from this low path will trip the CB and circuit
will be disconnected.

if you take in case of lightining,in order to avoid shock
over the building that is on earth.we use to keep lightining
rod at the top of the building so the answer would be
