It is Master Slave flipflop.It is used to overcome the race
around problem which occurs in JK FF.

To avoid the race around condition which occur in JK
Flipflop. In the race around condtion, the outputs are un
predittable due to toggling of the output.

In the Master Slave type, the toggling is avoided.
