what is little law and why it is so called?
Answer / kk
The fundamental long-term relationship between Work-In-
Process, throughput and flow time of a production system in
steady state is:
Inventory =Throughput × Flow Time
The law is formed in 1961 by John Dutton Conant Little
February 1, 1928) is an Institute Professor at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology
So it is called Little law

1: When mesuring the flow of liquid what are the two things to measure? 2: In which industrial process you will use centrifugal separator? 3: If any machinery or transmission needs periodic and regular lubrication what is the best method to give it? 4: Oil melts, grease melts. Is there any other lubrication which is effect at 200 deg c? 5: What is a torque converter? 6: Instead of having individual transmission what is the benefit of unified transmission? 7: What are the different types of mechanism to engage primary moving engine and transmission (in other words how many different types of clutches are there)? 8: In order to ensure constant pressure and constant flow rate of compressed air what should we put between the compressor and end user? 9: What can be the reasons for a metal gasket to leak? 10: The old welding machines used electromagnetic winding to step up the current for welding rods. What is the new principle inside the welding machines?

My vendor filled liquid oxygen in our 11000 liter capacity tank. He filled from 1400 MMWC up to 3200 MMWC. I followed the provided conversion table and found that we had been supplied 1800 MMWC liquid which is going to yield 2815 cubic meter. On the other hand, the vendor claims that he supplied as follows:- 5236 cub mtr(3200 MMWC)-2124 cub mtr(1400MMWC) = 3112 cub mtr. I fear that he wants to charge 297 cubic meters extra. He claims that my method was wrong and his was right. He says that this disparity is because of the conical shape of the base of the flask. I will be thankful if somebody can explain me the truth.
