if there is two bus bar and simple breaker is used than
there will be need of one transfer bus in case of any
failure of one bus. But if one and half circuit breaker is
used than there is no need of transfer bus because if one
bus gets fail than there will be no interruption of power .

i think u question is what is the different between 4p and
tpn Breaker . if you want isolate the supply inculding
netural you will consider 4P othervise tpn will be enough .
