Hi,I am working in an MNC IT company as software
developer.I have completed BSC(15 yrs education in
science).I nthat company I have worked more than 3 yrs
now.So total work experience is 3+.Now my company is
planning to send me to US (Clent side) under L1B visa.
Now my question is am I eligible.???

yes, you are eligible as there is no such specific qualification for L1 visa.
L1B means your company will be transferring you in its US branch/sister concern so there isn't any such problem.

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . What type of visa should i reapply for ?

Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply.
