Hi my L1 B Blanket Visa got rejected in Mumbai US
Consulate. He wrote "not specialized" in the petition. Also
told me that I want some more information from ur HR and
give this document to him/her, see you in next couple of
weeks. I guess the document he gave me was 221(g) paper
(seemed like a xerox one) which said that your application
is not considered in ins....definition of specialized
knowledge professional why they are different etc.
My HR said that this is a rejection, let us know if u
receive any call in next 2 weeks.
Anybody who has gone through this kind of issue please
answer...
Any idea what is this ?
Does this mean its a complete rejection ?
After how many days can I apply for another visa ?
Can I apply L1B Blanket visa again and what are the
chances ?
I would appreciate an answer...

When the Visa Officer gives a rejection paper and says that
you are not qualified for specialized Knowledge and asked
you to come back after a few days with additional
information , then it is not a complete rejection but the
consulate officer needs additional details for justifying
why you will fall into the specialized knowledge category.
If i can see your rejection form then i will be able to
suggest you according to your rejection form. Usually in
this kind of situations, the person should be to justify
his reason for applying on blkt petition and then go back
to the consulate.

Hi, I do have around 5+ years of experience in IT and my educational qualification is B.Com and 2 years full time diploma in Software Technology. My company is going to process my visa in L blanket, but I believe my educational qualification will not help me to get L1-B, so what are the chance if I apply L1-A rather then L1-B. Please reply. My Wife is working as Software engineer in one of the leading IT company , she already have approved L1 VISA , her company did not make use of it , we were trying to transfer her to USA directly through her company it does not seem to work , still not confirmed , now i am planning to bring my wife as depenedent(H4) to me , as i am in USA with H1 VISA , we have confusion , my wife not willing to resign until H4 is stamped , my doubt here is ,1. will a company allow to me apply for dependent VISA when she is working in a company ? 2. If they allow to process , if in case H4 is stamped ,she did not resign from job , if her company agrees to send her to USA using the same old company;s L1 , is it valid after getting H4 stamped ?

Hi, I am working for India Company X, I had applied F1 Visa in the year 2008 and got rejected. In March 2011, my company had applied B1 visa (training)and it was refused again. I am associated continuously with the same company X since Jun 2005. My company had filed L1A individual visa petition which is approved from USCIS recently in the month of Jan 2012. I am planning to schedule my visa interview in the end of Feb or early March 2012. Would there be any issues at the US consulate-Mumbai because of these multiple rejection? Please suggest me what are the chances of getting L1A approval.
