Hi,I am working in an MNC IT company as software
developer.I have completed BSC(15 yrs education in
science).I nthat company I have worked more than 3 yrs
now.So total work experience is 3+.Now my company is
planning to send me to US (Clent side) under L1B visa.
Now my question is am I eligible.???

yes, you are eligible as there is no such specific qualification for L1 visa.
L1B means your company will be transferring you in its US branch/sister concern so there isn't any such problem.

Hi My Company initiated L1B for me.There is a spell change in my certificates,my name is Thejomayi Kalla ,in SSC and passport it appears same.but from intermediate to PG it is like Tejomayi K.Will it be a problem during interview.Please Advice.

My L1 Blanket petition got rejected stating the Reason - Not clearly approvable. The option that they have selected on the blue form is : Your blanket L-1 application is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2 (I) (ii) (D ) and INA 101 (a) (15) (L). You may not reapply using the same petition, but may reapply as the beneficiary of an approved individual petition. Can someone suggest me what should be my next approach . Hi , My company has initiated for L1 Visa,however i have below concerns. I appeared for B.E final semester Exam in june-2009 and i cleared all subjects and passed in distinction,however since i was from Diploma i had arrears (Mathematics-1) which i cleared in jan-2010,Now my concern is ,I joined a company(present employer) in Nov-2009,but in 8th semester Markcard, university has clearly mentioned that "appeared and passed in 2010 january". As per my 8th sem marks, I have completed degree in 2010 and as per my company I have i have an experience of 2years 7months(since i joined in nov-2009). please advice me how to handle this.

I am having 6.5 years of experience in IT and presently I am working in a reputed MNC. My company is soon going to apply for L1A for me. The reason I am worried because, the first company where I worked almost 2.7 years sold there business and presently there are no existence of it. Except the appointment as well as release letter from this company I don’t have any other documents like bank statement or form16 (As it was a small company we used to get the payment in cash.). So, in this situation if my present employer asks these documents during verification process I will be in deep trouble. Please advice me what should I do in this situation. Thanks a lot in advance.
Hi, I got rejected 3 times for B1 2 years back. but that time i was working for small company. now i am going to appear for the L1 visa. my profile has couple of changes, one is, i am working for a bigger well known company and now i have completed MCA. earlier when i got rejected B1, i only had MBA which is not a technical degree since i am into software development.
