Eg: Total Staff is 15
Scheduled is 12
Week OFF is 2
Planned Leave is 1
Unplanned Leave is 1
Then Shrinkage = (2+1+1)

Shrinkage its a presentage of headcounts those are not present on reporting day however they are on planned or unplanned
formula
planned leave+unplanned leave/ totle headcount
example
Headcount = 20
planned leave( week off+ pl+ leave with permission)=2
unplanned = 1
=2+1/20*100= 15%
Attrition is the parcentage of headcounts those are left or on resign time in current month
formula
Opening count+closing count/(2)/no of attride

Shrinkage:- Number of absent agents, which are roasted and they are not come on that day, that is call shrinkage.
Formula: Number of Absent Agents/ Total count of Agents * 100
Example: Number of Absent Agents:- 4
Total count of Agents:- 20
Shrinkage(%):- 4/20*100 = 20%

Attrition:- As per the forcast and manpower, we lost any single person that is call attrition.
Formula:- Number of Attrition/ opening count of Agents+ closing count of Agents*100/2
Example:- Number of Attrition: 2
Opening count of Agents: 20
Closing count of Agents: 18
Attrition(%):- 2/(20+18)*100/2 = 10.52%

50+45 =95
sum/2
95/2= 47.5

5/47.5=11%
