Convert a pressure, level, flow, or temperature process variable value into the appropriate pneuma..

Answer / sattar

pressure=(use bellows to get pneumatic output or use pirani
gauge for electrical output).

level=(use float type sensor )

flow= (use electromagnetic flow meter)

temperature=(use RTD or thermocouple)

Convert a pressure, level, flow, or temperature process variable value into the appropriate pneuma..

Answer / jadhavamit

You can use pressure switch for pressure indication,
for level u can use DPT
for flow u can use mass flow meter/turbine flow meter/magnetic flow meter/ultrasonic flow meter
and for temperature u can use RTD/Thermocouple.
keep in mind 1 note that every transmitter output is 4-20mAh these is read by every controller and switch output is in form of 1 or 0, means 1 high to its set point and 0 below setpoint.

Convert a pressure, level, flow, or temperature process variable value into the appropriate pneuma..

Answer / kishore kumar

Converter changes the format of the signal without changing the energy form that is voltage to current signal conversion.
Transducer changes the one form of energy to other, e.g.thermocouple changes temperature into voltage, RTD changes temperature into resistance.
In this contest transducer is right answer.
