To measure 1000 deg temperature we can use any one of the
following types of thermocouple:
Type Range
1.R 0 to 1500 deg
2.S 0 to 1500 deg
3.K -200 to 1300 deg
4.E -200 to 1000 deg
because 1000 deg is within their range.

if you are looking to measure temperature ranging from 1000
C to 1500 C, type R & S are more suitable..Type K are
suitable in the range of 600 C to 1200 C.

Mr.Jignesh, please clear that J type can support up to 890
deg, where as K type support up to 1270 degrees, and R & S
can support up to 1800 deg.
