The defination of Non-Slow-Flast moving material is vary
company to company.
In case of finished goods, the goods do not have demand in
the market may be called non-moving or dead inventory. The
finished goods have very slow movement i.e. the turnover
ratio is more than 6 months (depends), it may be called
slow moving goods and rest are fast moving items.
The raw material is consumed in final product process.
Hence if the raw material is specially for single finished
product and the same finished product have no demand in the
market, the raw material will be treated at dead/non moving
inventory. Similarly the inventory having defects and
cannot be used in consumption, these are obsolute items and
will be covered under non moving defination. Slow moving
may be against depend on company policy as stated above and
rest are fast moving items.

Basically there are three types of items: 1. Regular moving 2. Slow moving and 3. Obsolete.
Besides industries define sub categories in order to bring focus of inventory management like rarely moving, Non moving depending on their respective usage and inventory size.
We can not classify an item as "Non-Moving" based on a defined period of movement, which is required and has movement in the past and are not obsolete (no more required in any case during the life time of the assets).
