there is no such thing that by increasing frequency we can decrease size of transformer , size mainly depends on its rating but there is a way to make size smaller but not too smaller . one of the guy gave the right answer that by increasing flux density one can decrease size.
the formula which he gave is absolutely right

increasing the frequency up to 400Hz,we can decrease the
size of transformer.we get 400hz by changing the poles in
generator also called rotary converter

we use 3 phase supply for induction motor why not use two phase supply .
