Laboratory experiments conducted in Mumbai on a particular
mix showed a
strength of 33 MP a for a fully matured concrete. Find
whether formworm
can be removed for an identical concrete placed at Jammu at
the age of 15
days when the average temperature is 60C. The stripping
stress in concrete

First thing the question is not completely and correctely
typed. The stripping stress in concrete in missing and also
how 60 deg temp will be possible in Jammu & Kashmir.
Let us connsider the Stripping stress of concrete as 25 Mpa
and average temp is 6 deg.
Now,
Maturity = Submission (time x temp)
= 15 x 24 x [6 - (11)]
= 6120 deg CH
Plowman's Constant given as A = 21 and B = 61
Se/S 15 = A + B Log10 [ M /1000]
Percentage of strength = 21 + 61 log(6120/1000)
= 68.99
The strength of Concrete at 15 days = 33 x (68.99/100)
= 22.76 Mpa
Since the strength of concrete is less than the stress

Since the strength of concrete is less than the stress to
which it is likely to be subjectd while stripping the
formwork, the concrete may fail. Therefore, the formwork
cannot be removed at 15 days time.
