the company based on the market needs then we have to
impliment necessary action to reduce the weaknesses to
fulfill the goal and motive of the company for which the
company build for.

ETHICS is mandatory 4 each n evry 1 co. if v follow properly dn once day v cud at highest peak. n innovtn also regardng ideas. its gaenertng time to time n manipulation.
v shud knw our weaknes n research 4 ds aftr dt wt cud a substitutn 2 solve ds..employees effort is very impt.4 a co. so top mgt shud be vry careful abt dt..if overal mgt wud b satisfy to al those work which surroundng to us dn v wl get wt v want..
