to calculate the P=root 3*line voltage *line current. By
substituting the values we can calculate fullload current
to know the no load current we have to know the RPM
usutken 40 % of full load currrent is taken on noload

Simply take the formula of
KW = 1.732 * V * I * cos phi
ie
30 = 1.732*415*I*.8
[as voltage is 415v & in our country standard p.f 0.8]
I = 52.166 Amps
