into 0-10v and 4-20mA

As said by praveen, i would like to add one point to this
answer.
0-10 volt is an analog value which is first converted to
digital value via A/D convertor in PLC analog input module
& then D/A conversion is done by converting to 4-20 mA.This
is known as analog scaling.
Transducers are used as analog input device.They have zero
& span setting which scales the value as :
0 V=4 mA
10 V=20 mA
