phase association of 3PH L&T static CT meter is wrong. means 1PH & 1 CT connected properly and other 2 voltage and CT's inter changed. what would be the impact in the reading?

I have a drawing of a wound rotor induction motor for a crane. This crane motor has 5 forward speeds & 5 reverse speed implemented of course with different amount of resistance for each speed setting selected. What has got me scratching around is the fact that 8 of the 10 speed selections switch in uneven (unbalanced) amounts of resistances on each of the 3 connections to the motor's rotor. Can this be possible? I would have assumed this would produce unbalanced rotor currents and therefore vibration in the motor. I would greatly appreciate anyone's comments on this. Many thanks, Confused.

what is the working of vfd drives.
can I connect step down transformer(25KvA,240V Phase to phase)to output of online UPS(15KvA,440V PHASE TO PHASE) Load connect to TRANSFORMER is 13KvA,240V PHASE TO PHASE. please brief if it is wrong
1. what is the power factor of a purely inductive load? 2. Which type of transformer connection is preferred in case of power supply transformers? 3. In power transformer usually which winding is closer to the core? 4. what will happen to the generated emf if the no. of poles of an alternator is increased?
In transformer how measure the winding temperature ?
