why is it that the HT motors & motors having very low kW rating(<1kW) have windings connected in STAR, whereas the motors having in between kW ratings have DELTA connected windings??
when we r using 3.5 cable for a bldg. and put laod on each phase using the neutral and neutral is the return paht for the phase so the current of the neutral must be Ir+Ib+iY (return).But the size of the netural is .5 as comper to the phase.
