dg set we normally connect 75% of it,s capacity of dg, so
in lighting load single ph is 25 kva/3=8.33kva,
so nearest 3 phase dg is 15kva,
we can use 75% so 11.25 kva lighting load @ 3 phases you
can connect.

A 75kVA 3-phase generator is required to supply a 25kVA
load.
Consider a 75kVA, 400V, 3ph, 50Hz, 0.8pf DG set.
Full load current is 108A
A 25kVA 1ph load will require 108A.

25kva dg also work but this will run 100% all time.
So u have to take some margin as DG mfg suggest as given
below.
for 25kva lighting load u have to use single phase
25/.8=31.25kva dg. available dg is 33kva
so u have to go for 33kva dg.

We can use 25 KVA Generator, but generator run as 100 %.
generator is over load.
pls we can use 25 KVA to 40 KVA Generator.
