prepaid expenses are the paying by the company in advance
but the preliminary expenses are made at when the company is
established ex;-registration charges

prepaid expenses refers to payment of money in advance
before getting the benefit of it but preliminary expenses
refers to the expense which incurred by the company at the
time of incorporation and the utility of this expense
carries over a period of time and thats why it is not
completly written off in the bigging itself.

Prepaid Expenses are those expenses, we get can credit
benefit in the financial year.It is paid advance to sundry
creditor,in another way we booked expenses.
But Preliminary Expenses kown as primary expenses it is run
long year and gradully write off from current asssets. it
is not clear in one or two financial year.
