No need of the power supply board (conventionally it is 230V rms ac).
Connect the DC supply and two 9 volts battery in Series for the Voltage to add upto 30+9+9=48.

firt of all connect these batteries
in parallel if more current require
otherwise in series now use an
electronic circuit to convert it
into ac with a step up transformer
to get 48v that can be now converted
into dc again by rectifier circuit.

we have 3 phase 4 wire supply 230/415 V.AC and our distribution is single phase or we have all single phase 220 v,ac operated appliances. and noted the current with help of clamp meter Red to N = 20 Amps.
