RESSISTANCE is the right answer as short circuit current
mainly depends on reactance i.e Inductance and
Capacitance .ressistance basically resposible for decay in
dc current and in short circuit case ac is very large.thus
ressistance can be neglected.

I am working as a software engineer for the past 4 years. I am interested to do M.tech in premier inst. like IIT, IIIT, NIT,... I am preparing for the GATE exam for the past 2 years. Can anyone tell me how about the placement in IIT's for m.tech in (microelectronics and vlsi or electronics related discipline).
