what happen if one of 3-phase line has a much higher load when
we are using delta to star transformer?
how we can over-come from that?

Upto certain extent it is allowable but beyond that O/C
relay may trip the circuit.
As said by the above friend abnormal neutral current will
flow & hence through the CT sec side & will actuate the relay.

Due to it system will be unbalance hence there will be some
neutral current .now if neutral of sta load is not grounded
then there will be harmonics ingection in the line which
will give poor performance of equipment used at load ide.
