Can we pass 11kv power in 1.1kV voltage grade cable.If not why?.

its very clear question. the cable only bear 1.1 kv and you
are passing 11 kv. in case of 11 kv the insulation of cable
will burn.

No we cannot use 1.1kv voltage grade cable to pass 11kv because in thise case must be consider voltage grade of cable.
normally 15kv grade cable may used to passing 11kv
and this is a standard.

11KV is High Tension line and HT Cables are Available
seperatly, HT Cables are designed in such a way to avoid
Electro Magnetic induction.

If any HVDC line is going with positive & negative(the negative usually have return path of current with earthing electrode). Now the question is if this HVDC earthed electrode which is using as return path and earthed any nearby 400kv or 220kv AC substation equipments. which will be the impact of this on AC substation & its equipment, how severe may be this and what should be the minimum distance require between HVDC earthed electrode and AC substation equipments?
