Normally, flooring do start from one line of room where we
ignore the cut piece, But it can be start form the centre
of the room in case of diamond pattren.

tiles always start from main entrance only.becoz pieces wont come near the entrance and pieces comes at corners.
if any threshold comes near the door frame we can start from any corner.
