and intra group operation, how long the group will work.
clearly it says the group behaviour

Group Cohesiveness means the groups stick togather for
their long run. if the group lack such bonds between group
members, then that group will be disintegrate.

Hi , I am a graduated in science at the year of 2006 & have started my professional career from that year as an HR personnel and still working.
