NO, Transformer netural and body earthing connected
saperataly becouse at the time of winding foult and
transformer internal foult foult current transfer with
netural earthing if you are netural earthing joint with met
in that time other electrical equpment can damage.

in this case transformer neutral is solidly grounded or it is connected to separate earth pit not with switchyard grid as to overcome any of the fault of switchyard equipmenht and also to protect the switchyarsd equipment from any of the internal fault of Transformer
